100% Ubuntu IPhone

Today I managed to get Itunes 8.x to run on my 64bit Ubuntu in Sun xVM VirtualBox and completely sync my 3G iphone. Yeah.

Today I managed to get Itunes 8.x to run on my 64bit Ubuntu in Sun xVM VirtualBox and completely sync my 3G iphone. Yeah. 
I still don’t get, with the brilliant minds behind the development of Linux in general, that someone has yet to figure out how to fully sync the iPhone from within Linux?!
the only thing holding it back is an encrypted music library on the phone. People can crack 128bit wpa encryption within 1 minute but not this?
It is the little things that are holding people back from dumping windows. Little things like no iPhone sync without iTunes and poor 3d support for newer games. The guys at winehq are amazing and doing a bang up job but the iPhone/iTouch thing is just stupid.
